Our beach house is now for rent.

We spent most of July and August renovating the 3 bed/3 bath house to put it on the rental market. And, it looks beautiful! The house is in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This quiet, low-density beach is consistently rated as one of the top surfing beaches along the entire U.S. east coast (and the world).

If you are not a surfer, though, it still has a lot to offer. The house sits on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway, which has expansive lagoons and protected rivers for fishing, kayaking and other watersports.

Just a few minutes south of our house by bicycle is the Canaveral National Seashore. 

The small beachside town of NSB has a laid-back, 60’s surfer vibe. The people are cool and friendly and make sure you stop in at The Breakers for the best cheeseburgers anywhere.
